- Valid passport (preferred) or government-issued photo identification.
- Birth certificate (if available).
Personal & Family Information
- Marriage certificate or common-law documentation (if applicable and available).
- Divorce, separation, or death certificate (if applicable).
- Information for your spouse/partner and dependent children (if they will be included in your application).
Education
- Diplomas, degrees, certificates, or trade qualifications.
- Educational transcripts (if available).
- Educational Credential Assessment (ECA), if already completed.
Employment
- Current resume or curriculum vitae (CV).
- Employment history, including job titles, duties, and dates of employment.
- Employment reference letters (if available).
- Employment contracts or recent pay slips (if available).
- Canadian job offer or LMIA (if applicable).
Language Proficiency
- English or French language test results (IELTS, CELPIP, TEF, TCF, etc.), if available.
Immigration History
- Copies of previous Canadian visas, permits, or immigration documents.
- Copies of any refusal letters from Canada or any other country (if applicable).
Financial Information
- Recent bank statements covering the past three (3) months (if available).

- If your consultation is virtual, please join the meeting 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- If your consultation is in person, please arrive 10 minutes early.
